How To Make Salt Crystals

You will need:
A plastic cup (clear is the best colour)
A popsicle/iceblock stick
A piece of string
A paperclip
Salt
Water
A spoon
Food colouring
Method:
Take your popsicle/iceblock stick and tie the string to it. (Make sure that the string won’t come off) Then take your papercip and tie it to the string. Then pour some water into your cup.
Then take some food colouring ad put two drops of it into your water. Then stir your coloured water. After you are done stirring, use your spoon to scoop about five spoonfuls of salt, and put it into your water. Then stir your water until the salt has dissolved, then put it by a sunny place and wait 3-4 days. If your salt crystals haven’t started to grow, put more salt into the cup, then stir the water until the salt is dissolved.
Are your salt crystals cubes, or are they spheres?
