Ham, Gruyere, & Honey Mustard Palmiers

Here is a great recipe for Ham, Gruyere, & Honey Mustard Palmiers that we found on Finecooking.com:

We used maple syrup instead of honey, and it works just as well.

Here are our finished Palmiers.
 They were SO Good!
